I'll closed my account a soon as possible. They are not serious at all! I am very disappointed with them and I did not expect that from such a serious broker house can something like this happening!

it's not unusual for datacenters to bring in big generators on the back of semi trucks and plug them in temporarily. I wonder what the problem is. sounds bad

Hi,
Notice attached a screenshot from ATC broker web site a well known IB agent for FXCM. See the requirement:
BUT Active trader web is a buggy platform and FXCM saying it's a minor issue.

Ran a similar test. I left ATG open and running for 12 hours, machine is an A64 3000, 2GB RAM, XP SP3, Firefox 3.6.8. Granted it's an older CPU, but the machine flies for web & trading. OS is fully updated & tweaked for speed & efficiency.
